A measuring arrangement for measuring voltages, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor in two-, three- and four-conductor alternating or three-phase power systems with arbitrary voltage and load states contains three voltage transformers (W1, W2, W3) which are star-connected on the primary and secondary side, also three current transformers (W4, W5, W6) which are star-connected on the secondary side, a multiplexer (MX) which in each case connects up to three signals (S1, S2, S3) of the six possible output signals (U1, U2, U3; I1, I2, I3) of the transformers (W1...W6) at equidistant time intervals to each case one sample-and-hold circuit (S+H), in each case one analog/digital converter (A/D) and a central processing unit (CPU). <IMAGE>
