摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain flexible piezo-electric material by a method wherein a weight % specified quantity of polyvinylidene fluoride is mixed with a combination of mol % specified alpha, beta unsaturated nitrile, conjugated diene and either F containing alpha olephin or acrylic fluoroalkyl, whereinto a volume % specified pulverized ferroelectric substance is dispersed. CONSTITUTION:A terpolymer is composed of 15-60mol% alpha, beta unsaturated nitrile, 10-75mol% conjugated diene and either 1-45mol% F containing alpha olefin or 2- 55mol% (meta-) acrylic fluoroalkyl. Next, a mixture is prepared of 5- 100wt% of the terpolymer and 95-0wt% of polyvinylidene fluoride. A complex is prepared which is the above mixture containing 30-90vol% of pulverized ferroelectric substance dispersed thereinto, and is formed into electret. A flexible body with high piezo-electric effect can be obtained.</p>
