PURPOSE:To enable non-destructive reading of bubbles from a minor loop by forming a cinductor pattern for control near the opening pattern on a major line and reading the bubble generated by applying controlling current utilizing repulsive force. CONSTITUTION:When reading bubble on a minor loop, controlling current 61 is applied to a conductor patter 51 for controlling and bubble is generated at a position 41. Then, the bubble is caught at a position 42. When the bubble transferring the minor loop passes a position 33, the bubble at the position 42 receives strong repulsive force from the bubble at the position 33 and transferred to a position 43. Thereafter, it is transferred to a detecting section through positions 43-46 successively. In the case where there is no bubblet at pertinent place, the bubble is left caught at the position 42. This is erased by controlling current 63. Accordingly, by providing plural patterns 51 on the minor loop and connecting in series, the bubble can be read at once and non-desctructively from the minor loop. |
