PURPOSE:To obtain large rotary power easily by manual force, by moving a lever to a small angular range for sequentially rotating two large and small gear wheels through an arcuated stationary tooth train, and as well by rotating a rotary power gear wheel coupled to the shaft of the small gear wheel. CONSTITUTION:Large and small gear wheels 1, 2 are attached to one lever 4 through rotary shafts 6, 7, respectively. The part of the lever 4 to which the rotary shaft 7 of the gear wheel 2 is contacted, is set as a stationary supporting point 9. A lower part of the large gear wheel 1 is meshed with an arcuated stationary tooth train 5 arranged in a circular arc having the stationary supporting point 9 as its center. With this arrangement, when the lever 4 is moved in the direction of such as, for example, arrow A, the large and small gear wheels 1, 2 are rotated through the arcuated stationary tooth train 5. Further, the shaft 11 of a rotary power gear wheel 3 which is connected to the rotary shaft 7 of the small gear wheel 1, is rotated so that rotary power is taken out from the rotary power gear wheel 3 attached to the shaft 11. With this arrangement, large rotary power is easily obtained from manual force with the use of the lever function. |
