PURPOSE:To prevent a developer from backward movement to the surface of a photosensitive drum, by providing a reversal preventive mechanism on the rotary shaft of a rotary drum for a magnetic brush. CONSTITUTION:A case 11 which has stored a developer agitating blade 16 and a magnetic brush rotary drum 15 is guided by a rail 13, and a joint 29 of a shaft to be driven 19 of the rotary drum 15, and a joint 28 of a driving shaft of the machine body frame side are connected. To the rotary drum 15 and the rotary shaft of the agitating blade 16, motive power is transferred by gears 21, 22, but since a one-way clutch 23 is provided between the rotary shaft 20 of the agitating blade 16, and a bearing 18, reversal of the agitating blade 16 and the rotary drum 15 is prevented. Accordingly, backward movement phenomenon of a developer to a photosensitive drum is prevented. |
