The object of the invention is a process for the preparation of new compounds having an anti-infectious action. The compound corresponds to formula (1). (1) wherein R= H, alkyl or a similar radical, R1 is in particular -CH2OH or -CH2NHCOR2, R2 is an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl or a heterocyclic ring having five or six elements containing one or more heteroatoms. These compounds, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, may be used in the treatment of infectious deseases.
