PURPOSE:To ensure shaft fixing strength while making the rotor suited to thinning by a method wherein a core yoke part and a shaft mounting part of the rotor are integrally formed by the material of the same quality. CONSTITUTION:With a rotor core 11, the core yoke part 12 and the rotor shaft mounting part 13 are integrally made up by the same quality of material, and a core tooth part 15 with slots 14 for inserting the secondary winding is formed to the yoke part 12. The core 11 is easily manufactured by means of a casting method in such constitution, but matrixes as an iron component are changed into ferrite by means of proper heat treatment because the core is inferior in a magnetic characteristic under a condition that it is left as it is casted. Thus, shaft fixing strength is ensured while the rotor can be made suited to thinning. |
