PURPOSE:To obtain a conveyor with highly secure motion by using a toothed conveyor provided with an attachment fixed to it. CONSTITUTION:A toothed belt 1 having narrow width like an ordinary timing belt is provided with an attachment 2, which has cross sectional shape of L, at specified intervals and in such a manner that the attachment 2 faces the advancing direction. The shape of the attachment 2 may be varied according to its use. Although the method of installation is also optional, an installation member 3 is used for conveying heavy load. The installation member 3 is equipped with an indented groove 5 to be engaged with teeth 4 of the toothed belt 1, and fixed to the attachment 2, located at the back side of the belt 1, via the belt 1 by means of cementing, pinching, or screwing. |
