PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize the controller for driving of a working shaft by utilizing a pulse motor as the pulse generating source at the time of data setting, when the driving of the working shaft of the coil winding machine equipped with a pulse motor as driving source is controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a change-over switch 14 is turned to the contact-a-side, each pulse motor 7, 8 is driven according to the data stored in a microcomputer 13, and a tuning coil 5 is wound onto an insulating stick 4. After the switch 14 is switched to the contact-b-side and two pulse motors 7 and 8 are set in nonexcited state, feeding is performed by revolving a working shaft 1, and the coil 5 is taken-up onto the stick 4, and the number of revolution of the working shaft 1 and the feeding amount are corresponded to the number of turns of the coil 5 and the pitch, and said number of revolution is proportionated to the pulse number generated in the pulse motor 7, and the amount of feed is proportionated to the pulse number generated in the pulse motor 8. Said pulse numbers are inputted into the microcomputer 13 and stored as the number of turns of the coil 5 and the pitch data, which are used during the coil taking-up operation. |
