PURPOSE:To dissolve an inaccurate result of analysis in the case of reopening after interrupting the separation, by sending a mixed solution of two kinds solutions at the time of stopping a separating operation in case of analyzing a specific item repeatedly by using two kinds of element. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution mixed 70% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 30% disodium hydrogen phosphate and an aqueous solution dissolved NaCl so as to be 3% to said solution, are used for an element. Two kinds of components are separated from an original solution by a switching method by using both solutions together with using ion exchange resin as a packing. Mixed solution of two kinds eluent using for separation is sent to a packed column at the time of stopping a separating operation or before reopening the separation such as reopening the separating operation on the next day. Hereby, lowering of analysis accuracy at reopening of the separation is prevented and analysises of many samples to be inspected are made repeatedly with stable accuracy always. |
