发明名称 PREPARATION OF AGENT FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF FROZEN FISH MEAT PASTE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare the titled hardly classifiable improver having uniform composition and resistant to blocking, by suspending a phosphoric acid salt and/or cystine as a springiness improver in a liquid emulsifying agent and adding the suspension to fluidized sorbit under agitation, thereby coating the sorbit with the emulsion. CONSTITUTION:A phosphoric acid salt and/or cystine used as a springiness improver is added to a sorbitan fatty acid ester or a propylene glycol fatty acid ester which is liquid at normal temperature and has self-emulsifiability. The mixture is stirred to obtain an emulsifier solution containing suspended springiness improver. Sorbit is thrown into a solid mixer, fluidized under agitation and coated with the suspended emulsifier solution.
