PURPOSE:To purify sewage efficiently by the utilization of pumping-up power generation by introducing sewage to an under basin for pumping-up power generation, adding a pH controlling agent and a decomposing agent for dirt to this, and repeating pumping-up power generation according to need. CONSTITUTION:An under basin for pumping-up power generation is constructed as a settling basin having a sludge collecting mechanism and an oil separating mechanism. Sludge contg. salts or sludge contg. no salts is put into this, and a pH controlling agent and chemicals for decomposition or sepn. of dirt (BOD, COD, SS, oils, CN, org. phsophorus, phosphoric acid components, H2S, odorous components, various heavy metals, etc.) are added thereto. In some cases, the addition of said chemicals is not required. If necessary, during the repeated pumping-up powder generation between the upper basin and the lower basin, separated sludge is removed by releasing into air and sepn. of surface layers and bottom materials. |
