PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by the titled apparatus comprising of a cylindrical intermediate mold that will be in contact with an inner circumferencial surface of a green tube, a ring-shaped upper mold that will be fitted to the upper part of the intermediate mold and a ring-shaped lower mold that will be fitted to the lower part of the intermediate mold. CONSTITUTION:The upper mold 3 and the lower mold 5 are opened, the green tube G is fitted on the upper end of the outer surface of the intermediate mold 4, the air valve V of the green tube is inserted in a valve groove 4b of the intermediate mold 4, and the green tube G is lowered to a position where shallow groove 4a is located. In this case, as the intermediate mold 4 is cylindrical, the green tube G would not be folded back at the upper and lower peripheries, and it can be attached in the cylindrical state. Compressed air having a relatively low pressure is delivered from the valve V into the green tube G so that the outer surface of the green tube G is forced to become in contact with the inner surface having a circular shape in cross seciton defined by the upper mold 4, the shallow groove 4a and the lower mold 5. |
