PURPOSE:To output a specific space frequency with emphasis, by subtracting a picture in which the degree of low band emphasis is variable and the low band is emphasized from an original picture, to constituting a high frequency emphasis picture. CONSTITUTION:When a picture signal of the 1st frame is given from a terminal 111, the picture signal is subject to a time delay for one frame's share via a delay means 115 and given to a positive input terminal of a differential device 116 since a switch 119 is selected to the position 117. When the transmission of the picture signal of the 1st frame is finished, the switch 119 is selected to the position 118. Thus, the 2nd frame is applied to a block A114 and outputted with emphasized low frequency and given to a negative input terminal of the differential device. As a result, the 2nd picture frame input emphasis for low frequency is subtracted from the 1st frame picture and the picture emphasized for high frequency is obtained at an output terminal 113. The degree of the high frequency emphasis can be changed with a control signal applied from a terminal 112 simply. |
