PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease and a variation in clamping force by a method wherein an epoxy resin component consisting of specific epoxy resin, an imidazole hardener, and a specific amount of an inorganic filler is presses and poured in metal-made tare for clamping a transformer iron core for hardening. CONSTITUTION:A component consisting of epoxy resin which is a mixer of one kind or two or more kinds of bisphenol A-type epoxy resin, novolac-type epoxy resin, cresol-type epoxy resin or the like and having two or more of epoxy groups at 200g/eg or less of epoxy equivalent in a molecule, a hardener such as 2-methyl imidazole, 2-phenylimidazole, and an inorganic filler such as quartz, alumina, talc having a total amount of 40-70% by volume of the epoxy resin and hardener is pressed and poured in a metal-made tare for clamping a transformer iron core for hardening. This prevents a decrease in calmping force after injection and hardening and reduces a variation in clamping force for iron core caused by a variation in operating temperature for transformer. |
