PURPOSE:To improve the space occupancy factor as a coil and to reduce the cost, by forming a voice coil while cutting into a specified size after forming of a plurality of layers of a spiral conductive layer via an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:A spiral conductive layer 2A is formed at the external circumference of a pipe shaped base frame 5. Next, an insulation layer 4 is formed on the surface of the layer 2A. In this case, on the layer 2A at any part toward axial length, an electric conduction section 6 is formed. Further, a spiral conductive layer 3A is formed on the upper surface of the layer 4. The layers 2A and 3A are electrically connected via the conductive section 6. After pulling out the base frame 5, the layers are cut off into a specified size. Thus, the cost can be reduced because mass-production can be made. Further, the space occupancy factor as a coil can be increased. |
