PURPOSE:To measure safely and easily a high voltage transient phenomenon without various restrictions on the measurement of a high voltage circuit, by not connecting a sample breaker and a measurer electrically at all and substituting the transmission of a signal quantity with a variance of the quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:A test current (i) supplied from a DC power source to a sample breaker 5 is set to a prescribed value preliminarily by a reactor 2 and a resistance 3 as a selecting load group of a circuit constant and is supplied by the closing operation of a switch 1. Respective electric signals in the course where the sample breaker 5 breaks the test current (i) are stored temporarily as digital signals in a storage circuit 20 through an electric-photo transducer 17, and optical fiber 18, and a photo-electric transducer 19. The operation processing to a required physical quantity and the display are executed by a data processing device consisting of a CPU21, a console 22, and a display device 23. Thus, the measuring device is not affected by an electric noise, etc. |
