<p>PURPOSE:To completely remove all parts other than parts of specific posture, by a notch portion disposed in the middle of a side guide of a screw groove and a removing pin. CONSTITUTION:Since a base guide 24 is lowered at a point P, a cylinderical material 13 which is put in a screw groove 11 and is conveyed with the face up goes down for a difference in level and goes forward. A cylindrical material 13 conveyed with the bottom up strikes on an aligning guide on its end surface, so that the material does not go down for the difference in level of the base guide and goes forward. Therefore, the upper end portion of the cylindrical material 13 conveyed with the bottom up collides with a removing pin 25 mounted near a notch portion 22 to be removed from the notch portion outside of a side guide 15. All the cylindrical materials 13 that have passed through the notch portion 22 are arranged with the opening up and transported to the next process by an induction guide 16.</p> |
