PURPOSE:To provide a heating medium composed of bisphenol polyoxyalkylene ether, soluble in water, and thermally stable at high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound of e.g. formula[Y is 1-5C alkylene or -SO2-; -(A1O)m- and -(A2O)n- are -C2H4O- or a group composed of -C2H4O- and -C3H6O- or -C4H8O-; m and n are molar number; m+n is integer of 4-30]is prepared by the addition reaction of a bisphenol compound with ethylene oxide or ethylene oxide and 3-4C alkylene oxide. USE:Heating medium of spinning bath and heat processing medium of the mandrel for the dip forming of plastics. |
