MOLDED COIL

PURPOSE:To prevent coils from sticking each other and improve crack-resistance, by placing a separatable separator all over the surface of coils at a portion where an air duct does not exist in circular direction of the air duct. CONSTITUTION:A separatable separator 5 is placed all over the surface of an air duct of primary or secondary coil 1 or 2 at a portion 3 where the air duct does not exist in circular direction of the air duct 4. It is overlapped to the air duct 4 on both ends of its circular direction, and its upper and lower ends of axial direction reach to the edge of molded coil. Both coils are molded to unite each other. This prevents both coils from sticking each other through a molding resin 6 at the portion 3 where the air duct does not exist. This also relieves the internal stress and improves the crack-resistance.
