PURPOSE:To stabilize the circuit operation of an inverter circuit, by compensating the temperature coefficient of the base-earth resistance of an output transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:The value I1 of a current flowing through a resistor R1 has a negative temperature coefficient; and a current force for a current value I2 is connected nearly to a point (a) and a positive temperature coefficient is given to it. A current flowing through a resistor R2 has a value I1+I2, which is constant without reference to fluctuations of temperature, thereby holding the potential at a point (b) constant. Therefore, an output level VOL has a temperature coefficient 0. |
