PURPOSE:To compress a highly bulky object and to reduce volume by disposing dies having guiding parts extending in parallel from both projecting ends in curved parts by facing each other and attaching and detaching these. CONSTITUTION:Molding dies 1, 11 are opened to the right and left, and a highly bulky object is charged into the space for accepting the work between these. The die 11 is forced in the direction of an arrow by a cylinder 13 connected to the die 11. The object having higher bulkiness is forced to the inner sides of the dies 1, 11 by the gradients of fork parts 21, 23. Further, when the die 11 is forced in, the object having higher bulkiness is deformed approximately to the intended shape by the guide of the parts 21, 23 and the curved parts 3, 7 of the dies 1, 11. The die 11 is forced in further until the parts 21, 23 fit to each other and the dies 1, 11 form the intended shape perfectly, whereby the object having higher bulkiness is compression molded. |
