PURPOSE:To promote disturbance in flow and at the same time reduce flow resistance by forming a large number of penetrating channels through a turbulence promotor that is installed in the direction that crosses the flow of a fluid. CONSTITUTION:A heat transmission face 1 is provided along the flow of a liquid as heat medium. A plurality of turbulence promotors 3 are installed in a direction perpendicular to the air flow. Further, a turbulence promoter 3 is provided with many slits 3a as penetrating channels. Those slits promote turbulence and are capable of reducing flow resistance, realizing high efficiency heat conduction. |
