PURPOSE:To form a stable precipitated particle layer always even if a vessel is oscillated to a transporting direction, by forming inclined plane of the bottom of the vessel for decision in saw-tooth shape having a convex or concave part in the transporting direction. CONSTITUTION:Inclined planes 44, 45 of a vessel for decision of particle cohesion 41 is formed in V shape and a convex or conceve difference in level 45 is formed in saw-tooth shape extending to a transporting direction X. Width of a horizontal plane of eachlevel 45 is 5-200mum and height of a vertical plane is 2- 50mum. Precipitated particles such as blood corpuscle etc. is maintained at the part of the level 45 by using this vessel 41 and a stable base layer is formed on the planes 43, 44 and then, cohered particle layer is accumulted on this base layer. Thus formed precipitated particle layer is difficult to crumble even an oscillation is givn because the level 45 is extended to the transfer direction and a stable pattern is formed always and then, an accurate immunological analysis is made. |
