PURPOSE:To provide a flux control valve which can assuredly control flux delicately by a little force by providing a small cup having a hole at the bottom thereof and packing on the outer periphery of the sides of an opening portion and the bottom, which is fitted in a large cup having a hole at the side thereof in such a manner as to go in and out freely. CONSTITUTION:Pressure of a fluid is applied to the whole outside surface of a small cup 16, so that the direction of the pressure crosses at right angles with the moving direction, vertical direction of the small cup 16. Since the pressure will not increase a pressing force of a packing, the force for moving the small cup 16 does not vary with the pressure. When the temperature rises, a push rod 26a of a heat-sensitive unit pushes up the small cup 16 a little. At this time an opening packing 20 is brought into contact with the inner surface of a large cup 10, and a bottom packing 22 is positioned a little above the lower end of a hole 14 of the large cup. Accordingly, the fluid flows through a narrow portion below the hole 14 and the bottom of the small cup 16 to the upper part of a partition plate. |
