Internal measurement device

An internal measurement device is produced on which lifting operates independently of the measured value transmission elements, which permits easy connection to a micrometer screw, and has an uncomplicated design for the measuring head and simple thermal stabilisation. Seated tiltably on the end of the guide tube is a lifting lever in which there engages the bent end of a round rod which can be displaced axially in a manner coaxial with the transmission rod in the guide tube and projects below the arm of a reversing lever which is attached to the measuring head and embraces two shoulder screws with its ends. The measuring head consists of two bonded rotary parts, which are screwed into one another at right angles with respect to one another and on which extensions of a micrometer screw can be reliably mounted via a threaded sleeve having two threads of different pitch. Mounted on the guide tube is a thermally insulated grip via which the internal measurement device is provided with a thermal characteristic which is just as balanced as is the case for the use of invar steel for the guide tube. The measured values are in no way influenced by the lifting, which is effective independently of the measured value transmission elements. <IMAGE>
