The retinol acetate is solubilised with a non-ionic surfactant before incorporation into the emulsion. The compositions are in the form of a liquid, semi-liquid or gel, and may contain other ingredients such as vitamin C, vitamin E, glycerine, propylene glycol, salts and emulsifiers. |
