PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition giving the hair with wave durable for a long period with little damage of the hair, and containing a diallyl quaternary ammonium salt polymer compound and an anionic or amphoteric surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective second agent composition containing an oxidizing agent as a main component, contains (A) the diallyl quaternary ammonium salt polymer compound of formula (R1 and R2 are H, 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; X is Cl, Br, I, or residue of sulfonic acid, methylsulfuric acid, phosphoric acid or nitric acid; n is a number corresponding to the average molecular weight of 20,000-1,500,000) and (B) a surface active agent selected from an anionic surface active agent (e.g. an alkylbenzenesulfonic acid salt having 10-16C alkyl group) and an amphoteric surface active agent (e.g. an amidoamine-type agent). The amount of the components (A) and (B) are 0.01-5wt%, preferably 0.1-2%, and 0.1-20%, preferably 1-10%, respectively. |
