PURPOSE:To obain accurate temperature data, by superimposing a profile signal of an object photoelectrically converted from a visual light or near-infrared ray region on a video signal obtained at infrared ray region. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays radiated from a measured object 1 are passed through a lens 2 and are focused on a target of a pyroelectric type infrared ray vidicon 3 to obtain a temperature distribution picture signal. On the other hand, a vidicon 8 having Sb2S3 or Si is used for a target photoelectric plane to obtain a signal corresponding to the visual image and near-infrared ray image of the measured object. This signal is applied to a profile signal generating circuit 11 via an amplifier 9, and applied to a mixing circuit 13 with the conversion to a positive or negative amplitude pulse. A profile signal consisting of a pulse signal is superimposed on a temperature distribution picture signal amplified at an amplifier 4, and the mixing circuit 13 outputs a signal clear in the relation of position between the temperature distribution and object. |
