CARBURETTOR FOR INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency of the engine and reduce the discharging of poisonous elements by a method wherein the section of a secondary path for a high load is made flat and a primary path for a low load is arranged in the direction of the short axis thereof, while the secondary path is made to approach to the primary path. CONSTITUTION:The carburettor 2 is formed with the primary carburettor 4 and the secondary carburettor 6 while the primary path 12 for the low load and the secondary path 14 for the high load are provided respectively. The shape of the section of the secondary path 14 is shaped so as to have such a configuration that a fan-shaped section 30 is notched therefrom or a long asix R1 and a short axis Rs are provided thereto. The carburettor 2 is constituted so that the primary path 12 is arranged in the direction of the short axis Rs while the second path 14 is approached to the path 12. According to this method, the responding property of fuel may be improved and the combustion of the fuel may be stabilized in the zone of practical operation having a high usage frequency.
