PURPOSE:To lower the sliding resistance of a valve member having a variable stroke for controlling the opening area of a passage for pressurized work fluid and to prevent lock of the same, by fitting the valve member loosely in a casing, and sealing a control chamber by means of diaphragms. CONSTITUTION:A control chamber 26 for feedbacking the vacuum level from a control port 27 is sealed against an atmospheric chamber 30 by means of a diaphragm 28 and sealed against the side of a valve member 22 by means of a diaphragm 25. On the other hand, pressurized work fluid is supplied from an inlet port 13, and passing through a filter 14, valve seat 15, fluid passage 16 and an injection nozzle 17, is discharged to the outside of a housing 11 from an outlet port 18. Here, since a valve member 22 engageable with the valve seat 15 is fitted loosely in the passage 16 so that it is movable in the axial direction of the housing 11, a spring 23 is urged to move the valve member 22 away from the valve seat 15. |
