PURPOSE:To save the number of persons and time, by carrying a portable motor valve operating device to a job site where a test motor valve is installed, connecting a connector of the portable device to a freely attachable and detachable connector provided on the test motor valve, and executing an opening and closing test and its adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A regular operation is executed by connecting plural motor valves 30 to a control center 20 (opening and closing of power source) by a power cable M and a control cable N. In case of executing an opening and closing test and its adjustment of the motor valve 30, when a portable motor valve operating device 50 is carried to a job site and a connector 51 of a cable 52 is connected to a connector 31 of the motor valve, the control center 20 is electrically connected to the motor valve 30 through the operating device 50. Link telephones Y, Z are connected by the control line N, and the opening and closing test, and adjustment of the motor valve are executed by keeping connection between the job site and the control center 20 and operating the switch of the operating device 50, at the job site. In this way, it is possible to save the number of operators and a necessary time. |
