PURPOSE:To utilize respective characteristics of different resins and enable to mass-produce a composite molded article, by a method wherein a surface of a fluororesin molded article is treated for activation, the article is placed in a mold, and a polyallylene sulfide polymer is molded by introducing into the mold under pressure to integrate both the resins with each other without using any adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin body in a desired shape or in a form capable of being turned to the desired shape is treated for activating the surface to be brought into contact with a polyallyene sulfide polymer, it is placed in a mold, and the polyallylene sulfide polymer is molded by introducing into the mold under pressure to integrate both the resins with each other. The treatment for activating the surface of the fluororesin body can be activated by known means such as a chemical etching treatment and a corona discharge treatment. When the molten polyallylene sulfide polymer is introduced under pressure into the mold in which the surface-treated fluororesin body is placed, the polymer is firmly adhered to the treated surface of the fluororesin body. |
