摘要 <p>Provided is a coating composition for surface coating a reflective plate for a solar heat collector, wherein a coating, which has excellent weather resistance and in which peeling and cracks do not easily occur even when used under harsh conditions such as in deserts, is formed on the surface of the reflective plate for the solar heat collector. Said coating composition has a polymerization unit (a-1) based on fluoroolefin, a polymerization unit (a-2) based on an unsaturated monomer with a hydroxyl group, and a polymerization unit (a-3) based on an unsaturated monomer with a C6-C16 alkyl group, and is characterized by containing a fluorine-containing copolymer (A) with a hydroxyl group value of 5-47 mg KOH/g-resin, a curing agent (B), and a solvent (C). Also provided is a production method for a reflective plate for a solar heat collector, with a coating formed by the coating composition.</p>
