PURPOSE:To discriminate the voltage through a simple circuit, by combining the outputs of two transistors which are turned on and off in accordance with the input voltage and have different levels of the set voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the input voltage is set between set voltages V1 and V2 (V1>V2), the transistors TR1, TR2 and TR3 are off, on and off respectively. Thus the outputs of the output terminals O1 and O2 are set at a high level respectively. When the input voltage is higher than the voltage V1, the TR1, TR2 and TR3 are on, on and off respecrively. Thus the output of the terminal O1 is set at a low level, and the output of the terminal O2 is kept at a high level. When the input voltage is lower than the voltage V2, the TR1, TR2 and TR3 are off, off and on respectively. Thus the outputs of the terminals O1 and O2 are set at a high level and a low level respectively. |
