<p>PURPOSE:To separate the castings which are cast automatically and continuously, with good efficiency by mounting a conveying path consisting of bar members arranged in parallel in the conveying direction to die cast machine while separating these by the collision against lump bodies. CONSTITUTION:A disassembling device 100 mounted to a die casting device 200 has a conveying path 104 in a frame consisting of bar members 101, 102, and a cover body 105 which is open on the bottom side and is provided above said path by leaving a spacing of the extent of permitting the passage of castings. Further, it has lump bodies 106 which are freely movable within the range limited by the path 104 and the bodies 105, and means of applying oscillations to the path 104. When casting O are fed into an inlet 109, oscillations in diagonal vertical directions are applied to the path 104, by which the castings are transferred toward the right, and are separated to necessary and unnecessary parts by the bodies 106 continuing irregular motion. The necessary parts 1 and overflow parts 5 drop into the conveying path below the frame through the clearances between the bar members and both are sorted by nacked eyes, etc. after this.</p> |
