<p>PURPOSE:To provide a device for settling fruit in the can of canning, by holding the can of canning put in a receiving part, closing simultaneously the opening part of it with a pressing plate, giving a shock to the can by the fall of a movable frame. CONSTITUTION:The can A of canning is put in the receiving part 8, the cylinder 18 is operated so that the rear holding part 17 is advanced, and the can A of canning is supported between it and the front holding part 15. The cylinder 14 is reversely operated, the pressing plate 9 is dropped, and the opening part of the can A of canning is closed. The movable frame 5 is raised by operating the cylinder 3, it is dropped so that the impact plate 2 is hit to the folded pieces 5a of the movable frame 5, and the fruit in the can A of canning it settled. The pressing plate 9 is then raised, the front holding part 15 and the rear holding part 17 are moved backward, the holding of the can A canning is unfastened, and the stopper 21 is also moved backward.</p> |
