PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the slit insulator in case of the insertion of winding completely, and to eliminate defective insulation by erecting a balance around a machine base, mounting a rotatoy plate to the top section through a base plate and covering the end section of the slit of the lower end surface of a core. CONSTITUTION:In the inserter for a wound coil (a) in which annular blade guide levers b and blades C are erected onto a cylindrical base 2 set up onto the machine base 1, the balances 7 are pivotally supported at the several positions of the circumference of the machine base 1. The base plates 12 are fixed to the top sections of the balances 7 while a plurality of rotatory plates 13 rotatable in the radial direction are pivotally supported onto the base plates 12. The nose sections of these rotatory plates 13 are formed previously so that sections among mutual adjacent rotatory plates have the same form as the section of the slit of a stator A, and contacted with the end surface of the stator A. Accordingly, the slit insulator is not damaged by the end edge of the slit when inserting the winding. |
