<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the grease from being leaked out of a connecting part by a method wherein vanes of impeller are provided on the outer surface of a flange for a connecter mounted at the end of an outer tube to form an impeller chamber between a supporter. CONSTITUTION:The connecter 2, made of synthetic resin, is secured to the end of the outer tube 1a while the connecting section 4a of a coupling key 4 is secured to an inner shaft 1b in the connecter 2. The base 4c of the coupling key 4 is forming a column-shaped shaft and provided with the disc-shaped flange 4d. The vanes 4e of impeller are projected on the outer surface of the flange 4d radially and helically into the reverse direction of the rotating direction thereof. The annular chamber 2c, supported by a bearing and accommodating the flange 4d, is provided at the base 2b of the connecter 2 and a collar 2d is fitted to the base 4c of the coupling key 4 to form the impeller chamber.</p> |
