ELECTROCHROMIC DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a display electrode stabilized against repeated uses and storage by providing a WO3 display electrode on a SnO2 electrode formed on a substrate, and using In2O3 for a leading member to lead the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A display electrode 4 made of WO3 is provided on an electrode 3 made of SnO2 formed on a glass substrate 1, and an In2O3 film 2 is used for the leading member of the electrode 3 to lead it, thus permitting the obtained electrochromic display device to be extended in service life and stabilized.
