<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a triggering device which provides secure strobe synchronization even when a subject is bright and an aperture is less, by generating a strobe signal upon occasion after the time necessary for shutter curtains to open through a timer. CONSTITUTION:When a subject is bright, the period when a control signal from a shutter control circuit 2 to an electromagnetically driven shutter is at a high level is shorter than the timer period when the output of a timer 10 is at the high level, and the low-level inverted output of the timer 10 passed through an OR circuit 12 triggers a strobe. Therefore, even if the shutter control signal is interrupted before shutter curtains are opened, the strobe is triggered through the timer 10 after a shutter curtain opening period. Thus, a strobe triggering device which achieves strobe synchronization securely even when a subject is bright and a shutter aperture is less is obtained.</p> |
