PURPOSE:To mold a hollow rotary wheel e.g. a tire, etc. without a conventional core, by pouring a hardenable material into a hollow part, rotating a mold of a hollow rotary wheel, and hardening the material, rotating a rotor of a special shape inserted in the hollow part. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 composed of a hollow rotary wheel is fixed on a horizontal rotating bed 3 and rotated by a motor 4. Also, at least one rotor 5 of which a shape of an elevation has the same shape as a half part of an axis-directional cross section of an inner peripheral face of the hollow rotating wheel and is spatula like in its entirety is arranged in a hollow part of the mold 1 and a handle part 5a of the rotor 5 is attached detachably to a driving shaft 6 concentric with a rotating shaft 2 of the mold 1. The rotor 5 is rotated e.g. slowly than the mold 1, the hardenable material poured from an injecting pipe 8 between both is formed into a belt like ring object by a velocity difference between both and is hardened with the lapse of time. The mold 1 is preferably constituted from the upper and lower split molds 1a, 1b. |
