PURPOSE:To reduce cross connecting portions by cross connecting a cooling conductor set at one terminal and leading input/output terminals from the cooling conductor disposed at the end. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of series circuits, each of which has a semiconductor element 1 and a fuse 2, are provided, and cooling conductors are respectively formed longitudinally alternately at each half in reverse polarity between two pairs of conductors 30 and 31 and between 32 and 33. The conductors 30, 32 and 31, 33 are approached back-to-back, the cooling conductor sets 30, 33 and 31, 32 are crossed and connected at one end of the sets so that the directions of the currents becomes reverse to each other, and are crossed and connected at the other end so as to form an input terminal 34 and an output terminal 35. Since the cross connecting section 7 is formed only at one end of the set, the assembling becomes ready, and the probability of leaking coolant can be reduced. |
