发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PLATINUM RESISTANCE THERMOMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture a platinum resistance thermometer with high mechanical strength and less amount of platinum and at a low cost, which is able to measure temp. in a wide range, by applying a dilute platinum solution on a heat resisting and insulating procelain plate an after it is subjected to a heat treatment, platinum plating is performed on it and further calcination is performed. CONSTITUTION:A dilute solution such as platinum 1,4-butanediol etc. of chloroplatinic acid etc. is applied in a pattern shape by a printing etc. on an alumina porcelain plate 11, and then it is subjected to a heat treatment at 700 deg.C for about one hour. An electrolytic plating is performed by using a plating liquid consisting essentially of a platinum ammonia complex on it to form a platinum film 12 haivng about 1.0mu film thickness. After forming the film 12 and further it is calcined at about 900 deg.C, a platinum lead wire 13 is fitted to this. The porcelain palte 11 is finally sealed into a pyrex 14 to obtain a temp. sensing element. By this way, a thermometer which can be used in the same way as an usual platinum resistance thermometer and requires less amount of consuming platinum than that of the usual thermometer and has the high mechanical strength.
