PURPOSE:To obtain a VCO with excellent performance, by taking the source side of an N type MISFET as a negative value of power supply voltage and providing one N type MISFET between the source of a P type MISFET and a positive voltage of the power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:Since an N channel MISFET-T01 is connected in a so-called source follower type, the mutual relation of a VIN, input to the T01, and a VRO appeared between the source and the ground potential VG of the T01 is shown in Figure. Further, the relation between the said voltage VRO and an output AC voltage VOUT is as shown in Figure and the relation between the input VIN to the T01 and an output frequency fOUT is also shown in Figure, allowing to attain the desired VCO. |
