PURPOSE:To obtain continuously an evenly grained molding material containing homogeneously dispersed filler by a method wherein in time of polycondensation of thermosetting resin filler is mixed, kneaded and then dried, crushed into the form of grains, colored, kneaded with thermosetting resin syrup added, extruded and granulated. CONSTITUTION:Filler such as pulp, clay, etc. is mixed A with thermosetting resin syrup such as melamine resin etc., kneaded B and then dried C by a rotary drier etc. and added D into a pot mill with a coloring agent to obtain colored synthetic resin powder. Subsequently, in the same way as before, melamine resin syrup and the colored synthetic resin powder are added at the mixing rate of about 3/97-40/60 into a horizontal Z-type kneader, kneaded E, for example, for 10-30min at 40-80 deg.C, extruded by an extruder in the form of strings, crushed F and dried G to obtain the molding material. |
