<p>PURPOSE:To improve performance by setting the values of the heating temperature of a hot wire and the amplification factor of an output amplifier circuit at the same time in correspondence with measured air flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A hot-wire type air flowmeter 13 is composed of a body 1 through which are 7 is made to flow, a control module 2, a hot wire 3 for detecting a flow rate and a temperature sensitive resistor 4 for detecting the temperature of the air 7. The hot wire 3 is controlled so as to keep the constant temperature with respect to the temperature of the air detected with the resistor 4. The values are set so that the heating temperature of the hot wire 3 and the amplification factor of an output amplifier circuit are changed in correspondence with the measured air flow rate. Thus the performance of the hot-wire type air flowmeter can be improved.</p> |
