<p>PURPOSE:To enable hot melt material to be laminated on a water-proof sheet with excellent adhesive force, easily and on the spot by using a hot platen, a pressure welding roll able to supply the hot melt material and hot air, etc. CONSTITUTION:The edge part of a vulcanized rubber water-proof sheet 1 is placed on a hot platen 2 and the water-proof sheet 1 is preheated. When the temperature of the sheet 1 rises up to a suitable one, a pressure welding roll 8 is placed on the hot platen 2, the tip of the hotmelt film 6 is taken off from a roll 7 wound by the hot melt film and brought until the edge part of the sheet 1 through a large roll 4. The sheet 1 and the hot melt film 6 are arranged so that they form a laminate part and the hot air from an air heater 9 is blown off directly between the sheet 1 and the hot melt film 6. The melted portion is cured and simultaneously the pressure welding roll 8 is moved to laminate the hot melt film 6 on the vulcanized rubber water-proof sheet 1 completely.</p> |
