PURPOSE:To measure the mesflagmentgram accurately under such state where the peak center is caught continously even for the long time measurement, by deflecting the peak shape through the electronic means to obtain the optimal peak shape for each measurement peak and the tuning peak without varying the slit width thereby catching the movement of the tuning peak accurately. CONSTITUTION:When catching the movement of the tuning peak, only the acceleration voltage calculated by the computor 10 is applied to the ionization chamber 1 to use the sharp peak shape, while when measuring the peak of the specimen the oscillation signal from the oscillation circuit 14 is amplified through the amplifier circuit 12 and lapped over said accleration voltage then applied to the ionization chamber 1 and deflected to increase the peak width, thereby the peak shape can be varied through simple operation and the movement of the tuning peak can be caught accurately. Consequently when performing the long time measurement, the masflagment can be obtained under the state where the peak center is caught continously resulting in the improvement of the measuring accuracy. |
