MACHINE FOR MAGNETIC- ROTARY ARC WELDING

The machine is applied for welding tube-shaped pieces. Its construction avoids elastic deformations of its elements, by ensuring good and exact centering of the welded details. The machine consists of a frame (1), at the one end of which is fitted a static main mass (2), to which a sledge (6) is fitted and an immovable grasper (9). The other end of the frame (1) is propped on a support, where a condensing cylinder (4) is fit along with a regulating bolt (5). To the sledge is attached a moving grasper (7). The static (9) and the motive (7) graspers are connected with an actuated pressing jaw (11), fitted on prismatic directives to the base (12), fitted to the main mass (2). The base (12) is holding a motive limiting support (13), to which, is propped a pressing cylinder (14), under which a transportation cylinder (15) is located. It is attached to the motive pressing jaw (11) and the base (12).
